Dr Lauren Coupe - BMedSci, BMBS, MRCGP

Dr Coupe graduated from Nottingham University Medical School in 2012 and then went on to do her GP training in St. Albans. She moved to the area last year and started working at Dolphins Practice in August 2019. Dr Coupe has an interest in mental health, elderly care and end of life care. 

She lives with her husband and dog near East Grinstead and enjoys walking, running, the gym and generally anything active. 

Dr Susan Brumwell - MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG.

Doctor Sue Brumwell graduated from Medical School in Manchester in 1987 and joined the Dolphins Practice as a Partner in 1999. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a special interest in Women’s Health and Contraception.

Having moved to Haywards Heath in 1976 and attended Oathall Community College and Haywards Heath Sixth Form, Dr Brumwell now lives in Hove, is married with a Son and Daughter.

Dr Brumwell is passionate about running and has run 10 marathons to date, including London to Brighton. She also enjoys gentle sailing with her family.

Dr Jonathan Harrison - MBBS

Dr Harrison trained initially as a surgeon in the English Riviera before moving to Sussex to become a GP.

He has been with the practice since 2008 where he started as a registrar before becoming a partner in September 2010.

Dr Harrison is married and tries to relax by cycling and cooking. His particular interests are in muscle and joint problems and ear nose and throat medicine and he is also interested in the use of computers in General Practice.

Dr Holly-Joy Pearce - MBBCh MCEM MRCGP

Dr Pearce graduated from Cardiff University Medical School in 2010 and initially trained in emergency medicine in Portsmouth and Southampton Hospitals. She then qualified as a GP in Winchester in 2019. She moved to this area and started working at the Dolphins Practice in January 2020. She is keen to develop skills in Women's Health.

Dr Pearce now lives in Burgess Hill with her husband and 18 month old daughter. 

Dr Anna Chan - MA (Cantab), MBBS, MRCGP

Dr Chan studied medicine at Cambridge University and completed her clinical years at University College London. During her training she worked in a range of specialities including general medicine, A&E, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology and psychiatry before qualifying as a GP in 2018. She has recently moved to the area, joining the Dolphins Practice in 2020, and is keen to develop her role in teaching and education.  

Dr Susannah Quinlan - MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG

Doctor Susannah Quinlan graduated from UCL Medical School in 1995. She worked for a year in the UK before moving to New Zealand where she worked for 2 years followed by a 6 month stint in Brisbane, Australia. 

She returned to the UK and completed her GP training, working in East Grinstead and different practices around West Sussex. 

She joined the Dolphins in February 2018 and lives near Horsham with her partner and 2 children, a son and a daughter. She enjoys reading, spending time at the family beech hut in Worthing and has recently joined a running club with a view to completing more running events. 


Giles graduated from University College London Medical School in 2002 and worked in a range of roles before training as a GP and working as a GP partner for a few years in Newhaven, before developing a specialist interest in chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. 

He has a keen interest in education and training, teaching on a range of courses around the country and locally. 

He lives with his wife, two children, two cats, a dog and some chickens and enjoys anything that gets him outside and into the countryside.
