Routine appointments

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- by text or email.
Appointments by phone, by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
To cancel your appointment:
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
- use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)

Dolphins offer later evening and Saturday appointments to ensure our patients get the support they need. The appointments are run by Alliance for Better Care, the local GP Federation. Appointments can be booked through Dolphins in the usual way during normal opening hours.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Patients can also visit:
- A Minor Injuries Unit for a range of minor injuries that are urgent but not life-threatening for adults and children. View information on the Minor Injuries Unit at Uckfield Community Hospital.
- An Urgent Treatment Centre for urgent but not life-threatening minor injuries or illnesses for adults and children. Find details your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre on the Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust website
- Princess Royal Hospital Accident and Emergency
- Pharmacy or use the Pharmacy First Service
